As a person in charge of quality control and inspection, I inspect finished products after each process to ensure that there are no defects or non-conformances, and that the products meet the customer’s specifications.
In addition, I organize the schedules of the members and handle the presence of the person in charge of the inspection agency.
Since there are tasks that only specific people can do, we are working to share and standardize tasks throughout the group. We are focusing on the creation and utilization of video manuals by recording videos of inspection methods.
When I first started, I was nervous about having the person in charge of the inspection agency attend the inspection, but now I’m used to it, and I’m able to devise ways to ensure that the person is present as soon as possible.
I have fond memories of going to Taiwan on a company trip, and having a sports day and BBQ at company events.
There are regular events every season, so you can interact with people you don’t usually interact with.
I’m not good at doing desk work while watching the situation on the site. I am always conscious of wanting to be an employee who can do his own work while assembling the work of other members.
I think it would be good if I could properly appeal the challenges I faced during my student days.
