It is divided into a process/material management group and a manufacturing group.
The manufacturing group is further divided into an assembly group and a processing group.
It is a job to work backwards from the delivery date, verify which processes need to be completed by when, and create a schedule. I also carry materials to each group.
The materials processed by the processing team are combined and assembled into products.
This group also performs welding work to connect pipes, etc., and manufactures parts called elements used inside products.
We process materials using various machines. Using a special program, we select the most suitable machine for the material, size, and shape complexity.

My job is to make proposals to various large and small shipbuilding companies all over the country.

In addition to visiting customers who have not done business with us until now, it is a job to provide solution sales and after-sales services, such as responding via the Internet and telephone.

My job is to set up a shipping schedule that matches the customer’s delivery date, cover and pack the product, and then load it onto the truck. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that products are delivered on time.

My job is to procure the necessary parts to make the product and deliver them to the manufacturing site in time for the production schedule calculated backwards from the completion date. Managing thousands of parts is part of our business.
