This device is used for the valves such as globe valve, gate valve, butterfly valve, surface valve, etc. which are manual, and set at a duplicated bottom or inside of a cargo oil tank.
In operation, a universal joint will combine with the rod of a valve, and the valve rod will be reached to the upper deck for application.
Namely, this device is the remote controller of a valve on the deck.
