There is a regulation that the sounding pipe of flammable oil tanks in all kinds of ships must be set with the automatic-closing device.
For complying with the regulation, we provide the Self-closing head, type 36A-40.
However, because of the SOLAS (Safety Of Life At Sea) revised in 1989, the regulation of Classification society were also revised.
Therefore, we developed the type 36F-4, which is approved by DNV and with signal, to follow the latest regulation.
