The device is installed on the cargo oil tank of a tanker, to prevent the passage of flame to the tank by the chain-link fence set in the device.
Especially, it can protect the cargo tank from sparks at the time when the gas discharging and purging.
This device has passed various verification tests based on MSC/Circ. 677 of IMO, and also is approved by NK, ABS, LRS and DNV respectively.
